Subject of Processing

The Data Controller processes personal, identifying, and non-sensitive data (in particular, name, surname, email, telephone number – hereinafter "personal data" or simply "data") provided by you.

Purpose of Processing

The processing of your data is based on your consent and is carried out:

• For the exact execution of the contract signed between you and Creo Group S.r.l.s;
• To fulfill pre-contractual, contractual, and tax obligations (VAT tax records, etc.) arising from existing relationships;
• To comply with legal obligations, regulations, EU legislation, or an order from the Authorities;
• To exercise the rights of the Data Controller, such as the right of defense in court;
• To allow the sending of newsletters and/or mailing lists, for communications, event organization, and other requested services.

Processing Methods

Your personal data will be processed using the operations specified in Article 4, no. 2 of the GDPR, namely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, and destruction of data. Your personal data will be processed both in paper format and electronically and/or automatically.

Access to Data

Your data may be made accessible, for the purposes referred to in point 2 above, to employees and collaborators of Creo Group S.r.l.s., in their capacity as persons in charge of processing and/or system administrators.

Data Communication

Your personal data may be disclosed to Data Processors appointed by the Data Controller. Furthermore, we inform you that the collected data will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, except for necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public authorities, consultants, or other entities to comply with legal obligations.

Data Transfer

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the Data Controller's and/or Data Processor's premises. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. However, should this need arise to manage the server, the Data Controller ensures that the data transfer will comply with legal provisions.

Data Disclosure & Profiling

Your personal data are not subject to disclosure or profiling.

Data Subject Rights

The Regulation grants individuals whose personal data is processed specific rights, including:

• Obtaining confirmation of whether personal data concerning them is being processed and accessing such data (Article 15 of the Regulation);
• Requesting the rectification of inaccurate personal data (Article 16 of the Regulation);
• Requesting the deletion of any personal data concerning them, in compliance with the right to be forgotten (Article 17 of the Regulation);
• Requesting the restriction of processing by the Data Controller (Article 18 of the Regulation);
• Receiving their personal data in a structured, commonly used format and having the right to transmit that data to another Data Controller without hindrance (Article 20 of the Regulation);
• Objecting to the processing of their personal data (Article 21 of the Regulation);

You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the processing carried out by the Data Controller before the withdrawal.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Minors

The Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information related to minors. If any information about minors is inadvertently recorded, the Data Controller will promptly delete it upon user request.

Processing Duration

In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization under Article 5 of the Regulation:

• Your personal data will be retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with Creo Group S.r.l.s., and for the subsequent 10 (ten) years solely for fiscal purposes and to comply with further legal obligations.
• With your explicit and free consent, expressed by selecting the relevant checkbox on the website https://gruppocreo.com/, your personal data will be stored for 2 (two) years from the moment it is provided.

Data Controllers, Processors, and Authorized Personnel

The Data Controller is Creo Group S.r.l.s. The updated list of data processors and authorized personnel is kept at the registered office of the Data Controller.
